香煎银鳕鱼的做法
银鳕鱼解冻,洗干净,用厨房用纸将表面水弄干。开始腌制鱼。黑胡椒、白胡椒、料酒、生抽、盐和鸡精,均匀抹在银鳕鱼的两边。放置20分钟。

鸡蛋取蛋黄,蛋黄打散。将腌好的鱼表面抹上蛋黄,再在生粉里沾一下。备用。

黄油放入平底锅,小火。油化以后,将鱼放入小火两面煎。煎一分钟翻面,再煎一分钟,翻两次,一般4分钟可以煎好。
