水性聚氨酯(PU)由于在制备和使用过程中较少使用有机溶剂,产品中挥发性有机物(VOC)含量低,环境影响少,发展十分迅速。但是水性聚氨酯与溶剂型聚氨酯相比,还存在着很多缺点,如成膜光泽度不好、成膜时间较长、耐水耐候性差以及价格昂贵等等。因此必需对水性聚氨酯进行适当的改性,改善其综合性能,扩大其应用范围。
本文用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇(PPG220)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料合成PU水分散体,然后用丙烯酸单体进行乳液聚合改性制得丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯乳液(WPUA)。通过合成了系列改性乳液,探讨其外观、乳液粘度、稳定性、涂膜硬度,原料用量以及工艺条件对产品性能的影响,确定了合成水性丙烯酸聚氨酯乳液的最佳原料配方和工艺条件。
研究表明:预聚温度为60℃,预聚时间300min,DMPA含量为8%,交联剂TMP含量为1%,中和度为90%,中和温度为30℃,制得的乳液及其涂膜性能最好。

weather resistance,fancy price and so on.Hence,some proper
modification need to be applied to Aqueous Polyurethane to improve its comprehensive properties and application scope.
This paper describes a synthesis of Aqueous Polyurethane Disperser
from Tolylene Diisocyanate (TDI),Polyethers Polyols(PPG220),
Dimethylolpropionic Acid(DMPA) and others,then by means of emulsion
polymerization of acrylic monomer,producing Modified Acrylic / Water-
Borne Polyurethane emulsion(WPUA).Synthesized a serialized modified
emulsion,by which some factors such as appearance,emulsion viscosity
,stability,film hardness,raw material quantity and processing
conditions were explored of that how they affect the performance of
product,and also the optimum formul and processing conditions of WPUA
were determined.
Research has shown that the performance of emulsion and its film tops out at prepolymerization time of 60℃, reaction temperature of 300min,DMPA content of 8%,cross-bonding reagent TMP content of 1%,neutral degree of 90%,neutral temperature of 30℃.

But the water-borne polyurethane resin, compared with pu still exist many shortcomings, such as membrane gloss, film for a long time, water resistant weathering and expensive, etc. Therefore necessary to appropriate modification of waterborne polyurethane, improve the comprehensive performance, expand the scope of application.
In toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyether polyols (PPG220), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw material, and then some synthetic PU with acrylic monomers on the emulsion polymerization of acrylic modified modification of waterborne polyurethane emulsion (WPUA). Through a series of modified synthetic latex, discusses its appearance, latex coated membrane stability, viscosity, hardness, raw material usage and the processing conditions on the performance of the product on the synthesis of waterborne acrylic polyurethane emulsion formulation and process of the best material conditions.
Research shows that the temperature gets together for 60 degrees, by time 300min, DMPA content 8%, crosslinking agent for 1%, TMP content and degree to 90% for 30 degrees Celsius, and temperature, the emulsion and the coating performance is the best.

water-based polyurethane seldom use organic solvent in the process of preparation and usage. with lower content of volatile organic contaminant. less bad effect to the natural environment, so PU develop fastly. however, much of disadvantages will be showed when compare PU with solvent polyurethane, for instance,bad gloss of film formation, long time of film formation ,bad resistence to water and wheather, high cost and so on. so it is necessary to change its properties,enhance its comprehensive performance and expand its range of application.
in this article, will use TDI 'PPG220 'DMPA as the raw matetial to
compose moisture disintegration PU., and then, make WPUA by emulsion polymerization to the acrylic monomer. by the process of composing wpua, discuss what infuluence its appearance, density,stability,rigidity of film,raw material quantity and technological conditions may cause. we will find the best raw material and tech condition for composing the WPUA.
