本次毕业设计是针对毕业实习中壁式旋转电动葫芦起重机减速器部分的设计。电动葫芦具有体积小,自重轻,操作简单,使用方便等特点,大小工厂之中均有应用,常用于工矿企业,仓储码头等场所,在起重机中应用最灵活,小吨位的葫芦起重机广泛的用于轻量工件的吊运,在我国机械工业中占有十分重要的地位。多数电动葫芦由人使用按纽在地面跟随操纵,或也可在司机室内操纵或采用有线(无线)远距离控制,因此,安装运行及维护相当方便。但是,我国现在应用的各葫芦起重机还不够精致,本身质量较重,尤其减速器部分占用了极大的重量。如何合理设计精简结构重量是我们研究的课题。本次设计就是对壁式旋转电动葫芦起重机减速器进行设计,主要设计内容是壁式旋转电动葫芦起重机减速器的齿轮轴,及螺栓,键,横梁等选用布置及校核。

abstract

The graduation design is aimed at the reduction devices part of wall-whirling motor hoists in graduation practice. Motor hoist is characterized by small volume, light weight, simple operation, and easy to use, so it is applied to wide range of factories, most commonly industrial and mining enterprises, warehousing wharfs, etc. It's the most flexible in hoist application. Lighter tonnage motor hoists are widely used in conveying light weight workpieces, and occupy a very important position. Most motor hoists are manipulated by people on the ground with buttons, or in driver-room, or distant controlled in cable(or without cable), therefore, the installation, the operation and the maintenance are quite convenient. However, the motor hoists applied in China now are not delicate enough, with heavier weight, especially the reduction devices make up a great part of the weight. How to design it rationally and concise structure weight is our topic for study. The design is aimed at the eduction devices part of wall-whirling motor hoists and the main content is the chioce, arrangement and proofread of the gear axle, screw bolt, key, beam of the the reduction devices part of wall-whirling motor hoists.
