一、well 有两种词性
1. 副词——用来修饰动词，作状语，意思是“，足够地，很好地”，如：
study well 学得好
dance well. 舞跳得娴熟
sleep well. 睡得足够好
get along well with people. 与人们相处和睦
know them well. 跟他们很熟
speak English well. 英语说得好
2. 形容词——是表语形容词用来说明主语的状况，意思是“各方面情况好：”如：
How are you? -Quite well, thank you. 你好吗? --很好, 谢谢你。
He will soon get well. 他很快就会恢复健康
It is well that you stayed. 你留下来很好。
All is well with us. 我们一切都好。
二、对题目的分析
1. 题目是被动语态，如果用主动语态表示应该是 The nurses take good care of all the children. 变为被动语态的步骤日下：
* 原宾语 all the children ——改为主语；
* 原主语—— 用介词 by 作为被动的行为者介绍出来
* 原谓语动词的主动形式 take ——改为 被动形式 be taken
这样正好就是本题目 All the children are taken good care of by the nurses
2. 如果是随意填写或按照括号中提示的汉语填写，最好用 are taken good care of
3. 如果是提供选项的选择填空，are well taken care of 和 are taken well care of 是其中仅有的两个选项，分析如下：
