3、刨丝好后,添加水浆红薯淀粉揉出,此步骤需要反复操作,水清后就可以停揉了。

4、将揉好的水用纱布过滤倒进桶里,将桶里的水静置半天或一天。

5、静置半天或一天后,淀粉沉淀,桶上层是水,下层是淀粉,把水倒出。

6、接着准备干净的水,将淀粉加水和稀,如图所示。

7、和好淀粉后,把水淀粉放进蒸锅里蒸两钟,发现变色后便可取出,如图所示。
