就近原则 there be+句型

是填IS还是ARE呢？

如果是填IS的话 是就近原则规定的吗？ 我好像记得是如果一个可数的 加一个不可数的 才用就近原则样的 能不能把就近原则和 THERE BE 句型解释清楚一点~ 谢谢了

就是IS。只要是there be 就是就近，不用考虑可不可数。
比如there are two books and a pencil
