  The first cultural translator i met in my life was a equipment installing engineer,his name is Geoge,he works in a U.S. company in which i am the chief at the department of international transaction.this company recently registered a joint venture company with a Japanese company.there is somebody needed to train Japanese employee in the aspect of special technology in the U.S. management department.Geoge became the best candidate for he has better knowledge in these equipments and how to install and operate it,so when Geoge accepted the contract,which will dispatch him to japan for two years temporarily,everybody was happy.
  From the very beginning,Geoge was accepted by the Japanese emplyee happily,the japanese managers usually don't believe andy representatives from the American owner,but Geoge his character is moderate,very easy to get along,nobody considers his arrival as a potential threat to their career,so they all like to consulate his opinions on various questions,include the partner's peculiar behaviour at the opposit coast of the ocean,all the engineers cherish professional knowledge from Geoge and his kindly and skillful help,they have cultivated a habit,once they got a problem,any kind of problem,they go to Geoge.secretaries in the offices they all love to help this bechelor's Japanese study.
