Not all college graduates are suited for entrepreneurial endeavors. To launch a business, one needs a solid business idea, a feasible business plan, the charisma to build a cohesive team working towards a common goal, effective management skills, and above all, the courage to compete against powerful rivals and ultimately prevail. The key difference between those who become civil servants or employees at leading domestic or multinational companies and those who start their own businesses is that the former are compliant followers while the latter are aggressive trailblazers. Therefore, college graduates who launch businesses are more admirable and thus command our deep respect.
