用料
主料:摩卡咖啡原液/普通咖啡原液30毫升、巧克力酱10克、兰雀牛奶200毫升、淡奶油100毫升、细砂糖30克
辅料:咖啡杯1个、奶泡机1件
1、取5ml巧克力酱放在咖啡杯低。

2、取200ml兰雀牛奶用奶泡机打发成奶泡,轻轻倒入巧克力上层。

3、用咖啡机磨好30ml的浓缩咖啡原液(不方便可以用速溶咖啡代替),取出倒入巧克力上层。

4、取出淡奶油分次加入细砂糖打发。在咖啡上挤入奶油,铺平。

5、取剩下的5ml巧克力酱拉花,完成。

6、如果没有打泡机,可以直接将咖啡原液、5ml巧克力酱和200ml牛奶搅拌混合。最后挤上打发的奶油、裱花做顶即可。
