The ways to keep healthy

Everyone wants to keep healthy. But what can we do to keep healthy? It is really a question worth us considering.
In my opinion, to keep healthy, first we should eat more fruits for they are rich in fiber and vitamins while such food as butter, yoghurt, coffee and chocolate must be eaten less owing to them containing too much sugar and fat, which can make you put on weight rapidly. Secondly, a we should take exercise regularly and have sufficient sleep. Do remember not to be overtired and not to smoke.
Only when we have a healthy diet and a good living habit can we keep healthy for ever. Believe it or not, you can have a try
