Self assessment
I was a lively and cheerful, and self-motivated girl, study abroad life experience, I more independent, self-confident, more diligent. No one job, we're born will do, but I believe, job sometimes need, predestination and opportunities, as long as this job, you willing to do, you will do, and I believe in my position, I will do better. I am an outgoing girl and I have a motivated heart.The experience abroad made me more independent,more confident and more stong.In fact,no job,we are born to do.But, i think hunting a job requires opportunity sometimes.But i believe myself and please believe me that as long as i am willing to exert all my exertion,i can make a difference at my position.Meanwhile,i think only the delligent ones can achieve the self success.It is my quote that hard work makes a successful man.

These 3 months' working in the USA teaches me what hard working and being a good person mean.The work about the studing abroad connects closely to education and i must devote more responsibility to burden this job,because this may influence thier future.From this new job,i learned of the complex process of studying abroad to the USA and the vast visa process.We do some work about translation everyday and develop the ability to communicate with the others,more important,i learn the knack of doing things in the job field.As a freshman,i think the basic thing is to kown clearly what his job is and actively to finish it.I must admit that i have many shortcomings and i will make up with them.
