因为take是个动词，而原句中已有了be动词is ,这里的on the way放在句末是做方式状语指坐火车.要用take的话可以这样转换It is easy to take the subway to go to school两句话的意思一样.句型都是是it is +形容词+to do sth ,意为做某事怎么样。

一个句子里面只能有一个动词，这句从句里面，已经有go这个动词了，所以不能在使用take这个动词了

如果你一定要使用的话，需要改变语法结构

It is easy to take the subway to the school 动词换成take

It is easy to go to school taking the subway. taking 动名词做伴随状语
