摘要：建筑是用能大户，建筑节能是发展建筑业的需要。在发达国家，适宜的室温已经成为一种基本的需要。新疆作为我国北方采暖地区是属于福利型供暖，九十年代以前采暖用能及节能与用户经济利益无关，致使用户并不大关心建筑节能问题。近几年住宅节能的重要意义已逐步受到建筑师重视，如何在住宅建筑设计中，更好地利用自然能源，提高住宅建筑中能源利用效率，则是建筑师需要探讨的课题。
