在我家,有道糖水一到秋冬季就会经常煲起来,那就是——冰糖川贝炖梨。家有咳嗽宝宝的妈妈可以试一试,比吃止咳药味道好多了。其实我觉得冰糖也可不加,梨子经过蒸炖,甜度更高,本身就足够甜美,减肥人士可酌情去掉或减量。
