This week, I was not happy. Because I felt tired and weak. And I had a fever.Yesterday, I went to the hospital with my father. The doctor gave me much medicine,and advised me, "You should drink water as much as possible. And then,you should have a good rest."

After that, I came home from hospital. The following day I decided to do some things every day。 For example:

1、 I want to do sports every day.

2、 I can"t eat junk food or drink coffee. And I will eat lots of vegetables and fruits every day.
2、我不能吃
垃圾食品,也不能喝咖啡,我每天都会吃很多蔬菜和水果。
3、 Go to bed on time and sleep 10 hours every night.
3、按时睡觉,每个晚上
睡眠时间10小时。
I thought these healthy habits could help me get good grades and study better, I hope I can grow healthily.
