说真的我以前学习英语中的关系代词，在关系代词which that who前面都只看到只有主语。没有其它成份，现在学习英语中却发现了在关系代词前面除了有主语还有宾语哪些。比如我以前看见的，the lady who is standing behind the counter serve me. he says he is the man which bought these books. is this the man who you served.现在我不知道如何作用。各位你们能解释下吗？当然不要去复制网上的哪些好吗？我看不懂。

你说的这个概念很混乱，关系代词引导的是定语从句，这个从句除了与被修饰的先行词有关系外，与主句中的的任何成分都不发生关系。概念混乱的原因可能有下述的几个概念没有搞清楚：

1. 没有搞清楚什么是先行词以及先行词与关系代词的关系，误认为先行词就称作主语。下面就你提出的例句分析如下：

1）The lady who is standing behind the counter serve me.
2）He says he is the man who bought these books. （原句中的 which 只能指代事物，不能指代人，这里已经改为 who）
3）Is this the man who you served？

以上的句子事实上都由两个部分组成：

其实以上的句子都可以改写独立的句子。

2. 搞清楚这一层关系很重要，只要弄明白先行词、关系代词及定语从句各自的作用，就不会出现问题里提出的糊涂概念。以下举一些较复杂的句子用以说明道理：

1) 当先行词是人、自己喜爱的宠物或拟人化的事物时，用关系代词 who 指代，如：
* 上述的句子里的先行词都是人，例句不再另举：
* The dog who is very naughty is my good friend. 那只很顽皮的狗是我的好朋友。
