剁椒肉酱拌面
食材:小米辣、青线椒、面条、肥瘦相间的肉末。
调料:葱、姜、蒜、生抽、老抽、蚝油、料酒、盐、糖、玉米淀粉。
做法:
① 调一个料汁:倒入2勺生抽,半勺老抽,1勺料酒,1勺蚝油,半勺盐和白糖,1勺玉米淀粉,大半碗水搅匀。
② 热油加入肉末翻炒变色,中火爆香一大半葱姜蒜,辣椒碎小火慢炒1分钟,加入剩下的葱姜蒜,倒入料汁,转小火慢炒一会出锅。
③ 烧水煮熟面条,捞出放1勺生抽,适量剁椒肉末酱和葱花拌匀。
Tips :
-手切辣椒记得戴手套,不然手会很辣!
-多余的酱料可以放冰箱,一周内吃完!
