2）这也是一句定语从句，所以排除A，再分析从句everyone is waiting for a great chance，这里不缺任何成分，就只能添做状语这一类的词，只能填C，B，D是做主语这一类的，不做状语，situation也是可用这样来分析的
3）这里的they只是一种指代，这个a friend 并不是一个确定的人，是一类人，有一种指代可以用 a + 单数名词来表示，所以用they

1 who gives suppliers of food to every creature在这里作插入语，因为是“给”，所以是指人，而这里是比喻用法，将自然做作人，首先排除that和it,而whose表示谁的，在这里明显不对，应该用who(谁的主格）
2 almost后面是一个表示地点的状语从句，这里用where=(in a business),which和that最多能指代business，用在这里也不对，用how意思也不对
3 原文的意思是，我打算去找一个朋友（因为没有特指哪一个，所以是指他所有的朋友中的一个），后面应该用they,如果前面说with a friend named Tom,那么后面就应该he了
