check out 在宾馆酒店里，和check in 相对的，都是指结账的意思~

check out of the hotel 和check out at the hotel 是同样的意思，不过通常说check out 就可以了~

刚看到楼下的回答，check out 是有检查的意思，不过是直接加名次，或当中加代词的~ 即：check out the hotel或是check it out~

第二个的意思是：在酒店检查（或者检查酒店的意思）。 check out 还有检查的意思。 at the hotel 在酒店里。
