Social Practical Activity
Last Saturday，our class committee organized a social practical activity.
At 7:30 am we gathered at the school gate. After lining in a queue, we
marched to the bus terminal station. At around 8:00 am we entered the
waiting room. Once inside we started to sweep the floor, clean the seats and
help the passengers with their luggage. At 3:00 pm we went to the Old People’s
Home to visit the old people living there. Seeing the old people, we offered
them some fruits which we bought with our pocket money. Then we helped
them to wash their clothes and sweep the floor. Afterwards we sang some
songs and danced for them. We had a very good time that afternoon. We felt
very happy for being able to help others.
