二、用法不同

2、eithe用作形容词、副词、代词、连词，一般只用于否定句,多位于句末。在口语中有时也可放在否定句中的名词后加强语气。
三、词语搭配不同
1、neither的搭配是neither...nor...。意为两者都不，意为既不…也不…。
2、Either最常见的搭配是either...or...，表示两者其中一个，译为要么…要么…。
