短路电流计算是电力系统计算分析中很重要的一项计算内容,其计算结果对电力系统的安全 稳定经济运行有着重要的意义。通过分析国内常用的一些计算方法,可以发现:经典计算方 法所得的短路电流计算结果偏小,有可能给系统埋下不安全的隐患;IEC方法与基于潮流的 短路电流结果相差较小,但不同区域的偏差各不相同,也并不一定能反映系统的最大短路电 流水平。若换一个思路,改计算节点的最大短路电流为计算其最小等值阻抗,则系统的最小 等值阻抗是易于求取的,且能符合系统实际的。在此基础上,根据各节点的最大可能运行电 压,去求得该节点的最大短路电流水平,应该是最能反映系统可能的最大短路电流水平的可行方法。
