建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,其行业属于劳动密集性行业。由于建筑企业具有产品固定,人员流动大、立体交叉作业多等特点,施工中存在危险性大,工作条件差、不安全因素多,预防难度大等多方面原因,导致建筑施工安全事故频繁发生。这就极大地影响了建筑施工企业的发展和国民经济的发展.我国建筑施工企业必须高度重视安全管理。
本文从介绍建筑施工企业的安全管理概况入手,分析了建筑施工企业的安全管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了符合现代施工企业安全管理的有效措施。接着,分析了系统安全工程理论,PDCA安全管理模式和海恩法则在建设项目安全管理上的应用,最后结合四川邛崃新二中项目运用三种安全管理方法结合实际项目对其进行优化。

Architectural industry is one of the pillar industries in our national economy, and it belongs to labor-intensive one. Because architectural enterprises feature fixed product, large personnel mobility, and 3 D operation etc. there are many issues such as heavy hazard, poor working conditions, a lot of insecurity factors, big prevention difficulty etc. and these lead to the frequent occurrence of security accidents in construction, thereby giving great negative impact on the development of both architectural construction enterprises and national economy. As a whole China’s architectural construction enterprises should pay high-degree attention to the security management. Starting from the outline of the security management in architectural construction this article analyzes the present status and existing problems in the security management of architectural construction, proposes some effective measures in accordance with the security management requirements of modern construction enterprises. Then the System Security Engineering Theory is introduced, the application of PDCA security management mode and Haien Rule in construction project security management is presented. Finally, combining with the project of New No.2 Middle School of Gonglai, Sichuan, three security management methods are employed to optimize the actual project.
