China's construction industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy, the industry is labor-intensive industries. Products as a result of construction enterprises with fixed, mobility, and more features such as grade separation operation, the construction of the existence of high-risk, poor working conditions, insecurity, and the prevention of various reasons such as difficult, resulting in construction safety accidents frequent. This greatly influenced the development of construction enterprises and the national economy. China's construction enterprises must pay great attention to security management.
This paper introduced the construction enterprise security management overview approach, an analysis of construction safety management of enterprises and problems of the status quo, put forward in line with modern safety management of construction enterprises and effective measures. Then, an analysis of system safety engineering theory, PDCA security management model and Hain safety rules in construction project management application, the final combination of Sichuan II Qionglai new project using the three methods of safety management to optimize their actual project.

Architectural industry which belongs to labor-intensive industry is one of the pillar industries in our national economy. Because architectural enterprises characterized by fixed product, large personnel mobility, and filling with three-level structure operation and during the construction there are much problems such as high-risk, poor working conditions, a lot of insecurity factors and difficulty of prevention .and so on. All these factors lead to the frequent occurrence of security accidents in construction, thereby giving great negative impact on the development of both architectural construction enterprises and national economy. Therefore, architectural construction enterprises should pay high-degree attention to the security management in my country.
This article Starting from the introduction of outline of the security management in architectural construction analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the security management of architectural construction, proposes some effective measures in accordance with the security management requirements of modern construction enterprises. Then the System Security Engineering Theory is introduced, the application of PDCA security management mode and Haien Rule in construction project security management is presented. Finally, combining with the project of New No.2 Middle School of Gonglai, Sichuan, three security management methods are employed to optimize the actual project.
