In the late 1990s,with the development of reformation and opening up, the socialist market economy system is established further in our nation.Especially China's entry into WTO,under the wave of globalization,our country' higher education, becomes an important and strategic problem about how to grasp the opportunities ,meet the chanllengs,adjust the structure,and reform talent training patterns to cultivate the high-quality compound talents with the eyeshot of globalization ,in order to discover excellent young talents in education system to promote the competitiveness of our country .
