1.组建核心层

团队建设的重点是培养团队的核心成员。领导人是团队的建设者,应通过组建智囊团或执行团,形成团队的核心层,充分发挥核心成员的作用,使团队的目标变成行动计划,团队的业绩得以快速增长。团队核心层成员应具备领导者的基本素质和能力,不仅要知道团队发展的规划,还要参与团队目标的制定与实施,使团队成员既了解团队发展的方向,又能在行动上与团队发展方向保持一致。

2.培育团队精神

团队精神是指团队的成员为了实现团队的利益和目标而相互协作、尽心尽力的意愿和作风,它包括团队的凝聚力、合作意识及士气。团队精神强调的是团队成员的紧密合作。要培育这种精神,首先,领导人要以身作则,做一个团队精神极强的楷模;其次,在团队培训中加强团队精神的理念教育;最后,也是最重要的,就是要将这种理念落实到团队工作的实践中去。一个没有团队精神的人难以成为真正的领导人,一个没有团队精神的队伍是经不起考验的队伍,团队精神是优秀团队的灵魂、成功团队的特质。

3.做好团队激励

每个人在工作中都会遇到挫折,他所面临的最大挑战就是自己,因此,每个团队成员都需要被激励,领导人的激励工作做得好坏,直接影响到团队的士气,最终影响到团队的发展。

激励是指通过一定手段使团队成员的需要和愿望得到满足,以调动他们的积极性,使其主动自发地把个人的潜力发挥出来,从而确保既定目标的实现。
