这两个句子句意基本一致，这个so提前已经不是so...that短语/句式的特性了，是另外一个语言规则：（部分）倒装
当然倒一下的目的就是为了把某些内容突出话，语气重点更明显
此处so tall是语气重点，所以置于句首，但是整体句意和不倒装的基本没有差别

一般疑问句：Does he run so fast?（仅主句部分）
倒装：So fast does he run that no one can beat him.
She's such a clever girl that she can go to college earlier.
一般疑问句：Is she such a clever girl...?
倒装：Such a clever girl is she that she can go to college earlier.
倒装一般都是特殊标志词在主句里，所以都是主句的主谓要调整，从句的一般都不需要动。so...that句式里，that...之后的部分是从句，不会有任何变化。
