Throughout history, the ancient Chinese already have an effective government and the management of the organization, from the Xia Dynasty started back and has more than 4,000 years of history. Ancient-governmental organizations, management theory and practice, through the test of time and history, precipitated a lot of valuable learning and reference for modern people. The ancients left us more than just text and, more importantly, the theory and ideas. As we all know, management is not a purely political or economic behavior, it is certainly a product of the context of national culture. As the feudal system to maintain the economic base already dead, but those have been dissolved in the blood of the national ethics, ways of thinking, some of the psychological patterns still exist for a long time, the traditional management thinking is still deeply affecting the management of contemporary awareness and行为.
In this paper, a brief analysis of a variety of ancient ideas on modern enterprise management, and focus on an analysis of Confucian thought on the modern enterprise management, the impact of positive and negative. By Confucian thinking and modern business management to the combined efforts to find a set of inclusive thinking of traditional ancient Chinese theory of corporate governance now.
