英语语法-------be adj of doing

有此用法，那adj可以是表感受、心情等的形容词，例如afraid, sick,scared,tired,ashamed,fond,guilty等，其他有capable

见例句

Some old people are afraid of walking alone at night in the dark.
I am sick of doing this job.
He was scared of losing the one he loves.
be ashamed of doing any kind of work

以上adj也可以be adj to do sth,但区别于be adj of doing sth是通常情况下都害怕/厌恶 （it talks in much more general terms of this feeling that applies to any time or situation as in)；而be adj to do sth是指对某件将要做的事感到害怕/厌恶（describes this feeling about something you are on the point of doing as in）
