二、任务的设计
在任务型教学过程中,任务的焦点是解决某一实际问题,教师要根据具体的教学目标和教学内容,结合现有教学条件,选择与学生经历密切联系的日常生活,兴趣爱好、风俗习惯,科学文化等方面的话题,设计具体的可操作性任务。下面是笔者设计的几种类型的教学任务。

2、拟 真实任务。
对源自生活的任务加以改编,使其成为可以在课堂上展开的与教学内容相符的,并有可能在真实生活中运用的任务。这种任务可提高学生实际语言的运用能力。如在教学Book ⅠUnit 14 Whose clothes are these 时,可设计“失物招领”任务,通过输入语言 What color… Whose… What about… …look like… Let’s ask…从而达到用英语描述事物的辨认事物的功能,如在Book Ⅱ Birth Party 内容时,也可设置相关的任务。

3、 填补性任务。

要求学生在实际生活中与人打交道,如通过采访、调查、咨询等方式完成任务,这些任务往往需在课外进行。正符合任务型教学的思想——从课内延伸到课外。如在教学shopping 的语言项目时,叫学生调查附近商店的男士鞋的种类。
5、 创造性任务。
创造性任务指任务的探索性和开放性。这样的任务可以激发学生的思维,培养他们的想象力和创造力。如在Book Ⅰ there be句型教学中,可让学生设计一个销售房屋的广告。先通过小组合作设计广告,各组推选一名做销售经理,向全体学生(客户)推销,根据房屋的订购数量来评价广告设计(任务)的优劣。
