关于提单consignee和notify party的问题

Full set of three original clean on board Ocean Bills of Lading marked Freight Prepaid, consigned to the order of the shipper and notify XXX Co.,Ltd. TEL:XXX, FAX:XXX.
这应该如何翻译,consignee和notify应该填什么?做为进口方,我们应注意什么问题?
因为今天卖问我这两项填什么,我告诉他都填我们公司名.是不是说错了?
一般来说consigned to the order of the shipper会不会影响到什么?
后来发现银行给我们做LC的时候写的是:full set of clean on board marded freight prepaid' ocean bills of lading made out to order and blank endorsed, notifying XXXco.,ltd.Tel:xxx,Fax:xxx.这样的话consignee是不是变了?

1. 翻译：全套三份正本清洁已装船海运提单，注明运费预付，收货人是凭托运人指定，通知XXX公司，电话XXX，传真XXX。

2. consignee 栏填：to the order of the shipper
notify party 栏填：XXX Co., Ltd. TEL:XXX, FAX: XXX

3. 顺便多说一句，楼主说自己是进口方，那么这个信用证应该是楼主开给国外卖方的，这样consignee 和 notify party都是国外填的，不必楼主操心。

补充回答：
按照楼主补充问题里面所说，最终银行定稿的L/C的 consignee 是 to order，虽然 to order 和 to the order of shipper 意思一样，但是国外卖方必须要按照L/C要求把 consignee 作成 to ordrer 而不能作成 to order of the shipper。

信用证的话就一定要按照信用证要求的来做。你要告诉卖方按信用证来。如果银行做的LC是你所说，就这样写consignee 栏填：to order ，提单空白背书。notify party 栏填：XXXco.,ltd.Tel:xxx,Fax:xxx，信用证你们开好后，通知行会通知给卖方。他们交单是会按信用证要求来做的。至于你此前通知卖方的按银行开的来说，应该是不太正确。为了不必要的麻烦，请尽快通知卖方按信用证的要求来做。
