【摘要】目的：了解广州市文科大学生健康素养掌握情况，找出影响广州市文科大学生健康素养的主要因素，为提出有针对性的建议以提高广州市文科大学生的健康素养提供理论依据。方法：采用现况调查法，对533名文科大学生进行问卷调查，采用卡方检验， Logistic分析法等进行行统计分析。结果：广州市文科大学生具备综合性健康素养的比例是12.6%，具备5类健康问题素养的比例由高到低分别是：安全与急救素养73.4％、科学健康观61.6％、传染病预防素养26.1％、基本医疗素养15.1％、慢性病预防素养9.7％。综合性健康素养的主要影响因素是性别、生源地与关注健康相关信息程度。结论：广州市文科大学生的健康素养的总体水平还有待提高，应将健康素养的培养纳入到学生教育的内容中，采取多种方法加强健康教育工作，以提高广州市文科大学生的健康素养。
