both of和both and没有单复数的区别；主要是意思不同，后面接的成分不同。

一. both of ：两者都；两者都可以。

1. 短语：

both of them， 他们中两个人；他们两个；他们两人；

both of us，我们俩。

2. both of短语中间of是介词，所以后面一定要接名词或者是代词，而且代词必须是人称代词宾格或者关系代词；

3. both of作主语的时候，谓语动词是复数形式；

例如：
