腊猪蹄炖莲藕的做法
准备好上述所有的食材,姜切大块,蒜拍碎即可。藕切块,用水浸泡防止变黑。

腊猪蹄放入锅内,水没过肉,焯去猪蹄上的红血丝,将水煮开。

捞出用凉水冲洗,锅洗干净,放入2/3的水,将猪蹄放入,再放入姜蒜,花椒,八角,干辣椒,倒入料酒,煮开。直至锅内煮沸。
