郁闷死我了。。。一个句子分词添主动或者被动是看那里？

我看书上说是看 句子主句的主语 和 从句的谓语动词是什么关系，主动就添ing，被动ed

但书上有说 这题是看light 和shine的关系…… 可light不是主句主语啊？

先别管“I didn't have to walk far before”，看下面句子：I found a small house standing on a field with a light ____ from the sitting room.意思是：我看到田野上的一座小房子，那座房子的起居室灯光明亮。显然“起居室灯光明亮”可以作为“一座房子”的定语从句，于是把这句子改成用where引导的定语从句的形式：I found a small house standing on a field where a light was shining from the sitting room.可见where引导的从句中，shine采用主语light的主动形式，所以，此题空格处应填写shining。

这题就是考查：
1。从句的主语light和从句的谓语动词shine的关系，主动就添ing，被动ed。
2。把从句和非谓语动词形式相互转化。
