从搭配上看只有 A 和B 是正确的。
然后从意思上看 英语口语在美国和英国 是相差很小的。 所以选 A

答案是 A - Slightly 把。
答案 B - Largely 的话,更前面的 Only 不通了。
答案 C - Lightly 和 D - Nearly 是不行的。
Lightly 是应该用在 描述 动词的。比如说,He moved very lightly. 意思就是 - 他轻轻地动了。
然后,D - Nearly 也不通,应为 Nearly 的意思是 ‘快要 ‘ ,用的话整个句子都不通了。
