4. First, follow your dream. You must have a direction for your work. Set your objectives early, then devote all your energies to achieving them. Second, take one step at a time. I talk to players and executives about the “one percent rule.” Don’t aim to reach the top in a single session; just try to improve by one percent over the session before.
