Question

正如昔日的一位师长告诉我：机会只会留给有准备的人。对于我来说，这次面试机会来的很突然，也让我惊喜。甚至没有仔细准备就去了。
回想短短的面试过程，“意外”也许是最好的形容词了。意外李校长是那么的平易近人，虽然只有短短的十分钟，但与这样一位令人尊敬的前辈的交流，会是我一生都难忘的记忆。更意外的是我竟然如此莽撞的完成了我教师职业生涯的第一次正式的面试。没有充分的准备，甚至去之前都没有多想。但谁又能说，之前所有的专业学习,实习，不是为这次面试所做的准备呢？面试中遇到的每一个问题，答案一直在我心中。
反思这次面试，还是很紧张的。最令我印象深刻的是这个问题：你是否觉得教师的工作非常枯燥？曾经我也考虑过其他行业，但最终还是选择了作一名平凡的老师，即使会有枯燥，当我看见孩子们充满求知欲与信任的眼神时，感到的不仅仅是一种满足，更是责任与动力。
每个孩子的个性都是不同的，和学生们在一起总会给我带来欢乐。我相信我可以用我的热情与耐心，战胜未来工作中的困难。
最后非常感激李老师给我这次面试的机会，给我表达自己和反思自我的机会，不论结果如何，这都是我人生中重要的一课。虽然我是一名经验尚缺的新老师，但我相信我会用我的认真和努力不断学习，也让每个孩子学习好英语。

As a teacher once told me: the opportunity to leave only those who are prepared. For me, the opportunity to interview a very sudden, let me surprise. Not even prepared to go out carefully.
Recall that a short interview process, "accident" is probably the best adjective. Mrs Lee is so approachable accident, although it is only ten minutes, but with such a respected senior exchange, will have unforgettable memories of my life. More unexpectedly, I could be so reckless completed my teacher career, the first formal interview. Not well prepared, or even to no more like before. Reflect on the interview, is still very tense. I was most impressed by the question: Do you think the work of teachers is very boring? I have also considered other industries, but eventually chose to make an ordinary teacher, even if there will be boring, when I saw the children's eyes full of curiosity and trust, the feel is not just a meet, it is responsibility and power.
Each child's personality is different, and students together will always bring me joy. I believe I can use my passion and patience to overcome the difficulties in the future work.
Finally, Li is very grateful for giving me this interview, for me to express myself and opportunities for self-reflection, regardless of the outcome, this is important in my life lesson. Although I lack a little experience of new teachers, but I believe I will use my work seriously and continue to learn, and let each child learn English.
