把煎饼折成能放进盆的大小,轻轻的沾一下水,千万不要久沾,沾一面就可以,沾上水就拿出来

锅烧热加油,把煎饼放进去炒,如果水泡多了就多炒一会,把煎饼炒的香脆,挥铲子感觉比刚进锅时轻了,就差不多了,放葱花再炒一会,葱香味出来就可以了,加点盐,ok!
