摘要
职场性别歧视是一个世界性问题和人权问题。在中国,职场性别歧视也早不是一个陌生的词语。,随着目前就业形势的日趋严峻、劳动力市场供求关系失衡、形成劳动力买方市场,职场性别歧视更为公开化、多样化并呈现出较为严重的态势今年来,我国劳动力市场上对女性的就业歧视现象越来越严重。它不仅侵犯了劳动者的劳动权利以及其他相关权利,而且违背了我国公民在法律面前一律平等的宪法原则以及其他体现平等原则的法律规定,具有极大的社会危害性。本文立足于国内外学者关于女性就业的研究成果以及当今我国女性就业的现状,分析了就业歧视的表现、成因、危害,以及结合了发达国家对于处理这一问题的办法,结合我国的国情,尝试性地提出了运用法律解决我国女性就业歧视问题的对策与建议。
