我家的院子特别大，爸爸在院子里种了许多植物。
春天，院里的野草伸出小手，野花露出笑容。我家种的石榴、扶桑也长出了新叶。有时，邻居家的小朋友跑来用这花草编花环，我们一起戴在头上玩游戏。
夏天，石榴树开花了，鲜艳的花朵，像火苗一样红;扶桑开出的花又大又多，夜来香的花虽然很小，可是一到晚上，香味就扑鼻而来，每当傍晚吃过晚后，我们一家人就会坐在小院中乘凉聊天。
秋天，苹果树、柿子树上挂满了果实、石榴树上也长出了圆圆的小石榴，一颗颗挂在树上，好像节日的灯笼。
冬天，小草枯了，各种果树的叶子脱落了。可站在大门两边的青松仍然翠绿挺拔。
我家的小院一年四季都充满了生机。
