这个英文句子怪怪的。从文字内容来看似乎能理解含义。但我觉得在英语里面to see sb. = 见某人，to see you = 见你。没有其他意思。这个英文句子似乎是带有国人的思维写从。如果把这个句子中的see改成think of 好像更好些。试着这样写：
It is not important how others think of you while It means everthing how you think of yourself.
别人如何看待你不重要，然而你如何看待自己意味着一切。
