My favourite sport is badminton. It is very easy to learn so it is popular among ordinary people. I often play badminton with my friends on P.E lessons or after school.
I think badminton is really good for my health. To start with, it could strengthen my muscles and improve my immune system. As a result, I won’t easily get ill. On top of that, it could improve my physical coordination and balance. Additionally, I could relax myself fromthe intense study when I play badminton. Last but not least, I could spend more time with my friends so that we could know each other better.
