Question

I saw a bad car accident happen. Let me tell you the whole thing. It was 7:15
the morning of February 8, 2000. It was quite early and there weren’t many people in the
street. I was along the Park Road towards the east. Just then, an old man
out of the park on the other side of the street.
He was walking slowly and then I saw a yellow car drive up the Third Street and make a right turn into the Park Road. The car was going too fast. The next moment the car hit the man he was crossing the road. He down with a cry. I was shocked and stopped. The car stop, but drove off very quickly towards the west. I saw the was a young woman and the car number was AC 864. Some people came around and had a look. I ran quickly to the old man and checked if he was fine. He was badly and should be sent to hospital at once. About 20 minutes , I stopped a passing car and took the old man to the nearest hospital. I called the . Soon three policemen came. I told them what happened, and they wrote down. The old man’s family came. They were angry and sad about the accident.
