关于英语宾语从句陈述语序的问题

同学给我找了2个例子 我知道陈述语序是疑问词+主语+谓语，但是有些句子不用陈述语序，我就是分不清
do you know who the girl is 疑问：为什么不可以who is the girl
i wonder who is your brother 疑问：为什么不可以who your brother is
还有老师强调了好像是who what where这3个词要注意

（1）什么是陈述语气？从句子成分分析看,即是：主语+谓语+其他
例如：1.I
am
a
worker.
2.He
likes
maths.
3.She
is
reading
a
book.
4.Who
will
go
there?
5.What
has
happened
?
说明：一个句子，只要是：主语+谓语+其他，就是陈述语气。
（2）宾语从句中的句子必须用陈述语序
例如：He
said
that
he
was
a
student.
She
said
that
she
was
reading
a
book
She
asked
who
would
go
there.
He
asked
what
had
happened.

比如：
"Has
the
bus
arrived?"
he
asked.
改为间接问句时就会出现宾语从句语序调换的情形：
He
asked
whether
the
bus
has
arrived.
宾语从句中“主语谓语”调整为陈述句语序。

Do you know her?
这是一个正常的句子。用who 代替 her ，然后再用一个句子说明一下。而后面的句子则是后面who is your brother整个作为wonder的宾语。
从逻辑上讲，他wonder的不是Who，而是who is your brother.本回答被提问者采纳
