申请的要求里有一条是Official Transcript(s) from each college and graduate school attended.其中这个Official Transcript(s）指的是什么？大学成绩单，还是大学毕业证书？是要翻译过、公证过的吗？学校发给我的成绩单有盖章，但是没翻译，我自己翻译后公证可以吗？
