案例 成南高速路上擦挂停车 未设置明显的警示标志 惨烈追尾3人身亡
20090419凌晨1点40分左右，成南高速金堂竹篙段发生一起严重车祸。一辆小轿车与一辆货车发生擦挂后，与货车一起停在紧急停车道上等待交警处理。轿车停车后没有设置警示标志，司机与4名乘客也滞留在车中。数分钟后，从后面疾驰而来的一辆货车撞上了轿车后部，造成轿车上3人死亡、2人受伤。目前，事故还在进一步调查之中。
