Nowadays, natural disaster become more and more prevalent around the world, from the major earthquake in China years ago to the flood damaged half Brisbane hours ago, the disasters around the world are happening more and more frequent. The governments around the globe are trying to develop strategies to cope with the deterioration of the environment.
