My favorite food is Beijing duck. I love the crispy skin, tender meat and the rich flavor of this dish. When I eat Beijing duck, I enjoy wrapping slices of the succulent meat in thin pancakes with scallions and sweet bean sauce. Besides Beijing duck, I also like other Chinese cuisines, such as hot pot and dumplings; and I am also a fan of Italian pasta dishes and Japanese sushi. But overall, my favorite food is definitely Beijing duck!
