我和那位有些不同意见：
1、A 应选A，但是A项中的was应该去掉，否则就重复了。由后面知道她已经完成了，所以她去年是正在写，虽然last year是过去式的标志，但原句中有was，如果动词的过去式和be动词连用，就构成的被动语态，而原句中没有被动的意思，如果原句中没有was，则选B，有就选A的份大。（不确定，只是个人观点）
其他和那位观点一致。
