What's up 比较随意，但是很自然，让人感觉很亲近。也可以说What's the matter? 或 What's wrong?
决不能用What's the matter with you，或What's wrong with you。加了with you整个语气就变得很不友善，有点责备的感觉，特别是在MSN这种情景，很容易错意。

what's up是比较随意和口语化的，跟朋友说最好用what’s wrong with you或what’s the matter with you。
